The protagonists of this project are GEMM Wine Libraries and Dry Aging units, combining aesthetics and technology to enhance the storage and presentation of fine wines and premium cuts of meat.

From individual temperature control for each wine label to the controlled dry-aging process, GEMM brings refrigeration technology to the service of quality and gastronomic excellence.
