Features of GEMM’s cold rooms

The panels are made with pre-painted, zinc-coated sheet metal on both sides, and insulation is provided by polyurethane (PUR) foam with a density of 43Kg/m3. Standard thickness options include 60, 80, and 100 mm, with optional 120 and 140 mm thicknesses. The panels are joined using an eccentric “male-female” hook connection and specialized pins for quick, precise assembly. The panels also feature a special perimeter gasket, ensuring an airtight seal.

Our standard flooring comes with a slip-resistant grey plastic-coated sheet finish, featuring polyurethane insulation (PUR) with a density of 43Kg/m3.

The doors, matching the panel finishes, have an aluminum perimeter profile, composite hinges with height adjustment, and both internal and external handles. Low-temperature doors include anti-condensation electric resistance in an aluminum tube, pre-foamed within the frame. Sliding doors, available in manual or automatic options, are also offered.

For refrigeration, we offer monoblock, stacked, or ceiling-mounted units, as well as split-type units for remote installation, all designed to provide high performance with low noise.

Optional internal shelving is available with perforated shelves in AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel or an aluminum structure with polypropylene shelves, available in depths of 400 or 500 mm.
